The Adriatic Blue Growth Cluster (ABGC) is a cross-border initiative that brings together businesses, institutions, and communities across the Adriatic region to promote sustainable development in the blue economy.
Headquartered in Kotor, Montenegro, ABGC serves as a collaborative platform for advancing innovation, cooperation, and investment in key blue sectors—including fisheries, aquaculture, marine technologies, maritime transport, shipbuilding, and coastal tourism.

Our Structure
ABGC is organized into two regional sections:
• Central and South Adriatic Section – Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, and Montenegro
• South Adriatic Section – Albania, Italy, and Montenegro
